Note re 2008 MileMaker
To determine the cost of a MileMaker sponsorship, our usual practice
is to divide the total of migration expenses by the number of migration
miles to be flown.
For 2008 however, we won't know the number of miles until the
anticipated new migration route can be established.
As a result, we have decided to keep 2008 MileMaker at the same level as
this past year, plus a small increase of two dollars (to $208) as we do
know that with each passing year costs of everything from fuel to crane
food creep a tad higher.
As in previous years, MileMaker Sponsorships for 2008 will open
on April 1st to coincide with our new fiscal year - ASSUMING we have
been successful at firming up the new route by that time. We will keep
you posted. |
