Wintering at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge

These images were taken last month, which is why there are still some brown-ish feathers showing. Above a costumed Bev shows number 826 how to break apart and eat a Blue crab.
826 pecks at the underside of the crab to expose the nutritious and tasty meal inside.
Number 828 tries to pluck at juicy Blue crab from one of the small ponds inside their release pen.
