EarlyBird e-bulletin
When you Give a WHOOP! and provide us with your email address we will automatically include you on the list to receive OM’s 2009 EarlyBird e-bulletins. EarlyBird is delivered directly to your Inbox each migration morning. Normally a perk reserved for Members, you too will be among the first to learn the news of the day. On fly-days, you will also receive notification when the lead pilot’s flight report has been posted to the Field Journal.

As we approach the 10,000 mile mark we will send you your invitation to join in our online celebration which will be broadcast via our CraneCam. 5-day, all expense paid “Backstage Visit”
The Backstage Visit with the OM Team in Necedah, WI, will take place August 25 – 29, 2010. No date substitutions can be made. Economy airfare to Madison, Wisconsin will be arranged and paid for from North American locations only. The draw will be made when the 10,000th WHOOP! is received, or, March 31, 2010 whichever is the earlier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participants must donate a $10 WHOOP! to be eligible for any draws. Each WHOOP! shall be considered one entry and shall be eligible for all draws.

  2. All notifications or communications with participants will be via email or telephone. Participants drawn to receive an I Give a WHOOP! t-shirt will be contacted for preferred sizing (subject to availability) prior to shipping.

  3. Operation Migration Inc and/or Operation Migration USA Inc (OM) shall not be responsible for WHOOPS!/donations that are sent but not received by OM for any reason.

  4. All thank you gifts must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. If any specified gift becomes unavailable for any reason, OM in its sole and absolute discretion, may substitute a gift of equal value. There shall be no exchange whatsoever for dollar value.

  5. OM reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend any term or condition at any time.

  6. Neither OM nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of any item drawn and awarded.

  7. Participants in Give A WHOOP! and/or those whose names are drawn to receive a thank you gift, irrevocably agree to their have their name publicized by Operation Migration without compensation.

  8. Due to the potential to receive consideration in return, no tax-deductible receipt can be issued for contributions to Give A WHOOP!

  9. The odds of being drawn to receive a thank you gift depends upon the number of WHOOPS! received and cannot be determined in advance.

  10. All draws are null and void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

  11. By contributing to Give A Whoop! participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions set out above.
