Photo Journal - May 27 "More Hatches" Entry

Above: Puppet points out tasty tidbit to 608.

602 goes nuts in her footbath

602 normalizes.

A costumed Mark Nipper walks with 604 and 605 in the White Series pen to acclimatize the chicks to their soon to be new surroundings/home.

The propagation building is only equipped to handle 20 chicks at a time. Once the chicks are old enough, they are moved to the outdoor pens in order for newly hatched chicks to be accommodated in the prop building.
How about it folks....aren't Mark, Marie and Laurie doing a great job getting us pictures?!

606 steps it out.

608 standing tall.

611 pauses his workout for some lunch.

611 unfazed by circle pen.

612 readies for training. The tan structure in the mid background is the propagation building. The black and green 'screens' to the left mask the young chicks' outside runs.
