Photo Journal - May 3 "How's a Person to Keep Up?!?! " Entry

The eggs are about four inches long and weigh about seven ounces. They range from a light tan to a bluish color, with spots/speckles on them for camouflage. The picture of the lined up eggs shows a pretty good variety of the size and color of crane eggs. These eggs are decoys used at PWRC. The staff go to great lengths to make sure that they have a good match for the real egg that is removed from the nest.
